Introduction: Growing up, you may have heard the adage, “Finders keepers, losers weepers?” The idea behind the saying is that you have a right to own something if you are the one who found it.

Question: What is something valuable that you have found in your life?

Introduction: We live in a very consumer-driven society. People are constantly selling stuff or buying stuff. It is unusual to go anywhere without being bombarded with messages that are telling us to buy something.

Question: Have you ever gotten sold something that turned out to be a bad buy?

Introduction: One of the things we all love is when we have breakthroughs. Some people call them epiphanies or realizations; but it is fun to break
through barriers in our lives.

Question: What is something you have broken in your life? How did it feel to break it?

Introduction:
You may have heard of Aron Ralston. He was hiking in a canyon in
Utah, USA. While down in a rock crevice, a boulder fell and trapped
his left arm against the side of the canyon wall. He was literally
stuck between a rock and a hard place. After 127 hours, and cutting
off his left arm with a pocket knife, he miraculously escaped from
the crevice and survived. It never feels good to be trapped between a
rock and a hard place.

Question: What are some things people can do with rocks?

Introduction:
We all have things that we feel are very important to us. You may
even feel like there are some things you have that you cannot live
without.

Question: If your house caught on fire, and you had a few minutes to run back into the house to save ONE item; what item would you save?
