– The people were cut to the heart.

Question: Do you think people like to be cut?
Question: What are some responses or reactions that people could have to being cut?
Question: Do you think it could ever be good to be cut? (Surgery, amputation, etc…)

Question: What are some things in the Bible that cut you?
Question: If the Bible is a double-edged sword, and it is supposed to cut us, what does it mean if you’re not being cut by the Bible?

Challenge: It’s good to be cut by the Bible, but you have to let it cut you! Make a choice to study the Bible, and not to run away from it if it cuts you.
